Toys for Tots 2009

The Village of El Portal’s Mayor, staff and Police department brought joy to children from the local neighborhood. Smiling faces were everywhere as Chief Eugene Morales played the part of Santa. Mayor Joyce A. Davis and several of the police officers handed out toys as the children eagerly awaited their turn in line outside Village Hall.
