The Village of El Portal is hosting a Trick-o-Treat on 87th Street – Halloween Block Party.

WHEN: Thursday, October 31st, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
WHERE: Starts at Ms. Claudia’s Village Academy (NE 2nd Ave) and it ends at the El Portal Village Hall’s Party!!
It’s a FUN and a SAFE way to celebrate as a community!
