Halloween Party

The Village of El Portal is hosting a Halloween Party and YOU ARE invited!!!!
Ghouls and goblins are invited to Trick-o-Treat in El Portal for a Halloween Block Party on NE 87 Street that starts on the corner of NE 2nd Avenue and 87 Street (Ms. Claudia’s Village Academy) and ends with a BIG party at the Village Hall.

WHEN: Wednesday, October 31st, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
WHERE: Starts at NE 2nd Avenue & 87th up to El Portal Village Hall
WHO: All El Portal Children and Villagers!
WHY: Because it’s a FUN and a SAFE way to celebrate as a community!
