My name is Luis Pirela and I am a seven-year resident of El Portal who is very passionate about the beautiful small community we live in. I became a council person In March 2020. My goal is to work with the residents to make our village the best it can be. I will be leading the code enforcement and public works committee, and I look forward to meeting all of you in the coming months.
