January Senior Luncheon

Village of El Portal’s Public Affairs committee’s first Sr. Luncheon of 2010. Event hosted by Vice Mayor Harold Mathis, Jr. & Councilperson Claudia Cubillos. The El Portal Police Dept. helped serve the delicious meal enjoyed by our residents.
