Elements of Culture

[ March 17, 2012; 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. ] “ELEMENTS OF CULTURE” is a day of Parade, Concerts, Exhibits, Vendors, Canoe Rides and more….
TIME: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, WHERE: We will parade through El Portal Village and then enjoy a concert and festivities at the Horace Mann Field.
